Water and Sewer Utilities

All water and sewer utilities serving Conroe Municipal Management District No. 1 (Grand Central Park) are provided by the City of Conroe. If you have any questions or concerns about utility service, including concerns related to wastewater odors from the City facilities, please contact City Public Works as follows:

Call 936-522-3885 and follow prompts. Non-urgent requests can dial option 0 (zero), which is available during business hours, M-F, 8am to 5pm.
After-hours calls will be answered by police dispatch, will contact on-call City Public Works to investigate urgent matters.

Notice of Public Hearing on Tax Rate

The CONROE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 will hold a public hearing on a proposed tax rate for the tax year 2021 on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 10:00 am at 170 Town Park Drive, Conroe, Texas 77304. Your individual taxes may increase at a greater or lesser rate, or even decrease, depending on the tax rate that is adopted and on the change in the taxable value of your property in relation to the change in taxable value of all other property. The change in the taxable value of your property in relation to the change in the taxable value of all other property determines the distribution of the tax burden among all property owners.
